Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage business relationships, improve our services and meet applicable legal obligations.
How information is handled
Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who require it for the relevant purpose. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and risk.
Website AI assistant
When you use the automated SmartHelix assistant, your question and a short recent conversation are sent through our website server to the OpenAI API to generate a reply grounded in our published pages. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information. The assistant transcript is held in your open page during the conversation and is not saved in a SmartHelix chat database. If you choose to continue to the consultation form, you can review and edit a summary before submitting it. OpenAI processes API requests under its applicable terms; the assistant request is configured not to store the response for model retrieval.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by authorised technology or communication providers under appropriate arrangements. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose or applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
